Bottle Feeding Support

Bottle feeding support is for families who want feeding to feel calm, responsive, and safe-whether you are offering pumped milk, formula, or a mix. Together, we look at your baby's cues, your current bottle routine, and any worries you carry, such as gas, frequent spit-up, refusal of the bottle, or very fast feeds.

We try different bottle shapes or nipple flows if needed, and I teach paced bottle feeding techniques so your baby can slow down, breathe, and notice their own fullness. You learn practical ways to protect breastfeeding while adding bottles, or to transition fully to bottle feeding with as little stress as possible.

You also gain guidance on preparing and storing formula or expressed milk, choosing feeding positions that reduce discomfort, and involving partners or other caregivers meaningfully. The result is a feeding rhythm that supports bonding, growth, and rest-without you having to second-guess every ounce or every cry.
